Each year we give an offering for home missions projects in North America. This offering, known as Christmas for Christ, provides grants and other assistance to church planters in the United States and Canada. If you would like to give to this cause during the holiday season, mark your envelope "Christmas for Christ."

Join us on December 12 at 6:30 pm for our annual children's Christmas play. This year our children will be performing "Back to the Manger."
Back to the Manger. During the annual Christmas Caroling Outreach at Midway Community Church, Jackson and his friends discover a time machine in the basement. After accidentally hitting a lever, they embark on an adventure throughout the twentieth century and learn how helping others changes lives. Seeing the caroling outreach effects over the decades, once-skeptical Jackson comes to know Christ better and discovers the true value of God’s gift and why we celebrate His birth.

This week our nation celebrates Thanksgiving. This is a time for us to recognize the blessings of God and to express our gratitude to Him. Although some are facing financial hardships, we all have much for which to be thankful.
The church office will be closed Thursday and Friday to allow our staff to spend time with their families during this holiday. Pastor Bernard will be speaking Wednesday night.
