Family Ministry Costume Party
The annual family ministry costume party is Saturday, February 13, from 6 to 9 pm at the Maddens’ home. Please bring a main dish and a dessert to share. The youth will be providing childcare at the church. Please contact Christina Grooms or Shannon George for more details.
LUV Conference
Ladies, mark your calendars for the annual Ladies United in Vision (LUV) Conference on March 4-5 in San Marcos. Register for the conference at www.stxupci.com/luv-conference-2010. Contact Ruth Snodgrass or Pat Matthews for rooms and questions.
UGST
UGST will be offering a Life’s Chaplain training on February 19-20. The cost is $125 per person. There is a minimum registration requirement by February 1. Contact the church office or Steve Miller for more details.
Men’s Study
Men, join us Thursday evenings at 7:30 pm for an eight week study, beginning February 11, on Being God’s Man by Resisting the World taught by Samuel Starks. Handouts are available from Ron Russell.
Men’s Hunting Trip
Registration forms for the men’s hunting lodge outing are available in the foyer. Please register as soon as possible and return the forms to Marcos Galvez or Ron Russell.

There are postcards in the foyer to give out to family, friends, and neighbors as an invitation to our upcoming special services in February with KidSpace, February 21, and Akil Thompson on Friday, February 26, and Sunday, February 28.
